You may be eligible for several assistance programs offered by your State and Federal Government to help you with your MEDICAL BILLS. Your account has been referred to Hospital Referral Services stating that you may not have any or enough medical insurance coverage. Please take the next few minutes and fill out our screening sheet to help us determine your potential eligibility for any of these programs.

In addition, please take the time to read and sign our representation form which allows us to assist and follow up with the County regarding your Medicaid case. The Care Assurance application helps the hospital determine if they can apply a discount to your hospital bills.
